Blueberry Syrup

2 cups of frozen blueberries
1/4 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of syrup
2 tablespoons of butter


  1. take a medium sized saucepan and place on medium/low temp.

  2. add the butter and frozen blueberries and stir until they defrost

  3. after the berries have defrosted and started to juice, add the sugar and syrup. 

  4. continue to stir until everything is smooth.

  5. serve warm on pancakes, waffles or cheesecakes!
